Nigeria
A software development company built in Nigeria.
Glidex Technologies has designed and built web and mobile software from Nigeria since 2020 — for startups, growing SMEs, and government agencies. We ship it, then we stay on as the team that keeps it running.
Where we work
We are remote-first and take on projects nationwide. Most of our current work sits in four places.
Lagos
Startups, fintech, and mobility teams. Most of our Nigerian client calls run on Lagos time.
Abuja
Public sector and enterprise engagements, including compliance and reporting platforms.
Port Harcourt
Energy-adjacent operations tooling and field-data systems.
Anambra
Civic technology for state government and its agencies — ANSAA and the Know Your Community platform.
Nigerian work, in production
- Anambra State Government
Civic and revenue platforms for the state and its agencies (ANSAA, AKYC).
- Goryda
A full ride-hailing ecosystem — web platform, rider app, and driver app on the Play Store.
- TRARRK
A special-education platform used by schools and specialists.
- Clanap
A QA management platform for software teams.
How we work with Nigerian clients
Naira or USD invoicing
We invoice Nigerian clients in naira by default, with local bank transfer. International engagements are billed in USD.
Local payment expertise
Production integrations with Paystack, Flutterwave, and international processors — split payments, subscriptions, and payouts.
West Africa Time
The team overlaps a full working day with WAT, so you get same-day answers, not overnight round trips.
On-site when it matters
Remote-first, but we run kickoff and milestone workshops in person for Lagos, Abuja, and Anambra clients.
Questions from Nigerian clients
- Where in Nigeria is Glidex based?
- Glidex Technologies is a Nigerian-registered, remote-first studio founded in 2020. We do not run a public office; the team is distributed across Nigeria and the UK, and we work with clients in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Anambra, and nationwide.
- How much does it cost to build an app in Nigeria?
- Most Glidex projects start from a few thousand US dollars for a focused build and scale up for a full platform. You get a fixed first deliverable and a written estimate after a free 30-minute scoping call, and Nigerian clients can be invoiced in naira.
- Can Glidex integrate Paystack and Flutterwave?
- Yes. We have shipped production payment flows with Paystack and Flutterwave, including split payments, recurring billing, and payouts, alongside international processors.
- Does Glidex work with Nigerian startups and government agencies?
- Both. We have built for early-stage Nigerian startups, SMEs, and state government — including the Anambra State Government and its agencies.
